Delicious organic rhubarb sweeted with cane sugar or maple syrup, with a touch of Lemon Juice to make a wonderful spread to put on your toast or add to your bowl of yogurt.
We add Ginger to some of our Rhubarb Jam - which tends to sell out way too fast...so we are making an extra amount this year.
 
Rhubarb is high in Vit K, Vit C and Calcium, supporting a healthy immune system, boosting heart health, and protecting healthy cellular growth.  And it tastes GREAT.
