Service Description
Cost: $60 for one hour tour, $125 for 2.5 hour tour (for groups of 1-20 people) Join us as we give a tour of our homestead farm. * Learn about our regenerative and organic farming practices and why we choose to stay small in scale. * See how we care for and manage our livestock (milk cows, draft horses, oxen, turkeys, meat birds , pigs, laying hens, muscovy ducks), * Visit our off-grid home, * Walk our gardens, * Spend time in our Labyrinth Garden, and * Bask in the beauty of the edible landscape. Earthwise Farm & Forest is draft-animal powered & certified organic, incorporating Biodynamic and ecological practices & principles. Much of our farm is 'off-grid' and we have incorporated many conservation practices into our home & farm design to reduce the amount of power, water, and other resources needed to operate a family farm and home efficiently. The Farm Tour will start and end at our little Farm Store, where we will have organic raw milk, vegetables, chicken (frozen), garlic, flower bouquets, pottery and preserves for sale.
