Pickled Dilly Garlic Scapes 
 
Tender, delicious garlic scapes - perfect as a side dish or added to a stir-fry.
 
The scapes are harvested when they are curly and tender, are combined with delicious pickling seasonings (dill seed, dill leaf, garlic cloves, jalapeno pepper, salt and cider vinegar) and are then put the jars and placed in a hot water bath to seal the jars.
 
A healthy snack or side-dish!
